ABOUT INNER WEST YOGA CLASSES
Anne is an inner west yoga teacher who is running regular public classes in Annandale. Currently there are three classes on offer: gentle yoga, strong yoga, and yin yoga. These classes run during school terms.
The intention of Inner West Yoga is to encourage a mindfulness within the community through the practice of yoga. In so doing, students can become present to their own unique experience of their body and mind.
Anne is locally and internationally trained in
the styles of vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. She is a trained counsellor, trauma informed, and experienced in teaching yoga to adults, teenagers, and children. She currently runs at-risk youth programs for The Yoga Foundation and is a registered member of Yoga Australia.
