COVID-19 PRACTICES 

Note: all classes are online only until 8 November 2021, due to Covid restrictions
  1. Stay at home when unwell, online classes are available for you to practice from home

  2. Book and pay for classes online. Avoid cash payments.

  3. Please be prepared to show proof of double vaccination on attendance if over 16 years of age.

  4. Practise good hygiene when on school site - hand sanitiser will be available for use before and after practice. 

  5. Maintain respiratory hygiene: cover your cough or sneeze, using elbow or tissue; dispose of tissues immediately; wash/sanitise hands after coughing, sneezing or blowing nose.

  6. Avoid shaking hands - adopt non contact greetings.

  7. There will be no physical adjustments or assisting in class.

  8. Maintain physical distance - keep mats at least 1.5m apart.

  9. Bring your own mat.

  10. BYO props - there will be no shared props (blocks, blankets etc). If you practice with props, please bring your own.

  11. Keeping environment clean - please remember to take all your belongings with you when you leave.
